MELBOURNE, AUSTRALIA, March 17, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — CosmoInnovations, a Capital Q® Ventures portfolio company and Australian medtech and consumer health company, today announced a series of commercial milestones as it prepares for the launch of SkinGate, its smart skincare activation platform.
The company has secured initial capital to begin manufacturing the first 1,000 units of SkinGate Version 2, with commercial availability expected in April 2026, pending completion of its current capital raise.
Interest in the platform is already building. L’Oréal, Philips, MECCA, NuSkin, and Estée Lauder are awaiting completion of the upcoming SkinGate PRO platform for internal evaluation and potential licensing, whitelabel, or acquisition discussions.
Commercial Partnerships and Distribution
CosmoInnovations is expanding its commercial reach through a growing group of distribution and strategic partners. The company has secured a strategic partnership and investment from Link Capital Singapore, one of the world’s largest producers of Agarwood fragrance and skincare products. Through this partnership, CosmoInnovations-Asia will distribute SkinGate devices and skincare formulations across Asia and the Middle East.
In Australia and New Zealand, CosmoInnovations has gained access to the Chemist Warehouse Marketplace Portal, giving the company exposure to more than 2.7 million weekly online visitors. It has also entered into a distribution partnership with Costec to expand sales across Australia and New Zealand. The company is also in discussions with major television retail channels in Europe and Australia, including German TV retail platforms and Australian channels such as Gecko TV and YouTV. CosmoInnovations is also in discussions with Douglas regarding potential distribution across nearly 2,000 retail locations in Europe.
Recognition and IP
SkinGate was named a finalist for Best Breakthrough Technology in Beauty at the 2025 BeautyMatter Awards in New York. CosmoInnovations also ranked fifth globally in the L’Oréal Beauty Innovation Runway at Slingshot Singapore, where it competed against more than 120 international technology companies. The company has also participated in the Johnson & Johnson Innovation JLABS ecosystem.
The company continues to expand its intellectual property portfolio. Recent patent approvals include SkinGate with an international patent granted, ErectoLase in Europe and Hong Kong, RhinoLase in Canada and Europe, and GastriLED in the United States, European Union, and Japan.
CosmoInnovations has also received approval for a $4 million AUD co-funding initiative from the Australian Growth Industry program to support future development and manufacturing in Australia as early as February 2027.

CosmoInnovations has added several strategic leaders as it enters its next stage of growth. Warren Bingham, founder of Given Imaging ANZ and a pioneer of PillCam, has joined as a senior advisor to support the development of the company’s GastriLED platform. The company has also appointed Donna Campbell as Director of Global Marketing and PR and Dr. Azeeza Jalaludeen as Global Strategic Advisor.
The company recently shipped 800 units of its AirSure wearable air purification technology to the United States, where fulfillment will be handled by 3PL Platinum and Amazon sales managed by StarLeads.
